Ingredients :
500 gr salted baby squid
500 gr Small potatoes
6 tbsp basic red spices (bamer, Baput, large red chilies)
2 lime leaves
2 bay leaves
2 Laos sections
1 stalk lemongrass
Just a little salt
To taste palm sugar
To taste, to taste
Enough oil for frying
HOW TO MAKE

Wash the baby squid clean with running water then soak in hot water for about 20 minutes, remove and drain.

Potatoes cut into cubes then steamed for 15-20 minutes (or you can also fry them, if I choose steamed), remove from heat

Saute basic red and aromatic spices (lemongrass, laos, lime leaves, bay leaves)

Once the spices are fragrant, add the baby squid and potatoes

Season with a little salt, palm sugar, seasoning then adjust the taste

Stir fry briefly until the spices are evenly distributed, remove then serve.
