Hey everyone!
I’m on a mission to shed some pounds, and I’m focusing on fatlessly incorporating more veggies into my meals. I know most vegetables are naturally low in fat, but I want to load up on the ones that are the most filling, nutrient-packed, and actually help with weight loss.
Here are a few that I’ve been loving:
Broccoli – Loaded with fiber, keeps me full for hours.
Cucumber – Basically water in solid form, super refreshing!
Spinach – Easy to sneak into anything—smoothies, omelets, you name it.
Bell Peppers – Crunchy, sweet, and full of vitamin C.
Carrots – Great for snacking, naturally a little sweet.
I try to keep my meals simple and fatlessly prepared—steamed, air-fried, or raw. But I’d love to hear from you all! What are your favorite fat-free veggies for weight loss? And how do you prepare them to keep things interesting?
