I’ve heard a lot about ZLibrary as a great place for free ebooks, but I’m not sure how reliable it is. Are the books there legal to download? Also, how does it compare to other platforms like Project Gutenberg or Open Library? I want to make sure I’m using a safe and ethical source for reading.

zlibrary is widely used because it offers a vast collection of ebooks for free, including academic texts and fiction. However, the legality depends on your country’s copyright laws—some books may be shared without proper rights. Compared to Project Gutenberg, which only hosts public domain books, ZLibrary provides a much broader selection, but not all are legally distributed. If you want to stay completely legal, Open Library might be a better option since it offers digital lending. Still, many people use ZLibrary for access to rare and expensive books.

Thanks for the detailed explanation! I had no idea that copyright laws varied so much by country. It sounds like ZLibrary is a useful resource, but I’ll be cautious about what I download. I’ll also check out Open Library and Project Gutenberg for legal options. Really appreciate the insights—this was super helpful!
