I’ve been hearing a lot about “grounding” lately, where people claim connecting with the Earth (like walking barefoot) has health benefits. From what I understand, grounding is supposed to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and boost overall well-being by balancing out positive and negative charges in the body.
I’m curious if there’s any real science behind grounding. Is grounding just a wellness trend, or are there legitimate studies proving it works? I’m especially interested in knowing how it supposedly affects the body’s electrical system. Has anyone here experienced any noticeable changes from grounding?
