    Hey fellow food lovers!
    I’ve recently committed to eating more plant-based during the week, and I’m on the hunt for some easy yet flavor-packed vegetarian or vegan dinner ideas. I’m especially interested in meals that don’t take more than 30–40 minutes to prepare after a long workday.
