    Ingredients:

    100 grams of rice flour

    800 ml of coconut milk

    1/2 teaspoon of salt

    1 pandan leaf (tied into a knot)

    For the Palm Sugar Syrup:

    150 grams of palm sugar (gula aren), chopped

    200 ml of water

    1 pandan leaf

    Instructions:

    Make the Bubur Sumsum:

    In a pot, mix the rice flour with half of the coconut milk until smooth . Oke4d

    Add the remaining coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaf. Cook over low heat while stirring continuously until it thickens and becomes smooth.

    Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.

    Prepare the Palm Sugar Syrup:

    In a separate pot, combine the chopped palm sugar, water, and pandan leaf.

    Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Strain the syrup to remove any impurities.

    Serving:

    Pour the warm bubur sumsum into a bowl.

    Drizzle with palm sugar syrup before serving.
