    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut oil or cocoa butter

    1/2 cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder

    1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup

    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

    Pinch of sea salt

    Optional: chopped nuts, dried fruits, shredded coconut, or crushed cookies for topping

    Instructions:

    Melt the base:
    In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil or cocoa butter until fully liquid.

    Mix in cocoa:
    Whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth and well combined.

    Sweeten it:
    Stir in the maple syrup (or preferred sweetener), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well.

    Pour into mold:
    Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined tray. Add toppings if desired.

    Chill:
    Place the mold in the refrigerator or freezer for 30–60 minutes, until solid.

    Enjoy:
    Once hardened, remove from the mold and enjoy your homemade chocolate bar. Store in the fridge to keep it firm.
