Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 carrot (julienned)
1 zucchini (sliced)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
Add mushrooms and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
