200g durian flesh
500ml coconut milk
200g palm sugar (gula aren), shaved

1/4 tsp salt
🍮 Instructions:
In a pot, combine palm sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Strain to remove impurities.
Pour the strained palm sugar back into the pot. Add coconut milk, pandan leaves, and salt. Stir continuously over low heat to prevent curdling.
Once the mixture starts to simmer, add the durian flesh. Stir gently and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it sit for a while to enhance the flavors.
