Cost of Genesis Crystals

I think genesis crystals are way too expensive, to the point that it’s actually hurting miYoHo’s business. I do think they could make more money if the crystals were cheaper – whales are whales, but if the crystals were cheaper there would be more people spending less. In short, I think more people would buy them. What do you think?
Keep in mind that in some countries the actual cost of the crystals is higher, for example in the EU we also pay VAT.

Crystal prices are really biting, especially with VAT like in the EU. This scares off some players who may not be whales, but would drop a couple of euros without problems if it was a little more humane. In this regard, it’s good to see that there are workarounds Genshin top up and at a nicer price. Everything works fine, synchronizes with the account. Replenishment takes a couple minutes and without any hidden fees.
